Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the articles seized are of intermediate quantity and the prosecution has not produced any documents in respect of their case that the premises from where the articles were seized belonged to the petitioner or not. 2. The learned counsel for the prosecution submits that they are waiting for the FSL report. Admittedly, 1856 numbers of capsules were seized. 3. Considering the evidence alleged, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. 2 4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. 5. CRM (A) 299 of 2026 is, thus, disposed of. 6. Urgent photostate certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
