JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 02-07-2026 Heard the parties in both the aforesaid cases. 2. The petitioner of both the aforesaid cases seek bail in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352, 351(2), 118(1), 109 of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28660 of 2026(3) dt.02-07-2026 2/3 accused of firing at the victim causing gun shot injury to him. 4. The petitioners are in custody since 17.03.2026. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that during investigation, it has come that it was the shot fired by one Rajesh which hit the informant/victim. He next submits that because of admitted land dispute between the parties, this false case has been lodged against the petitioners. 6. Considering the facts of the case and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners, both the aforesaid applications are allowed. 7. Let the petitioner of both the aforesaid cases, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024. 8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner of both the aforesaid cases, at the time of furnishing the bail bonds, shall bring a demand draft of Rs. 25,000/- each in the name of the informant and the same shall be released by the Court below in favour of the informant.
