In this petition, the petitioner is challenging the endorsement dated 09th January, 2025 (Annexure-D1) issued by the respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, wherein the application made by the petitioner for conversion of land in question came to be rejected. 3. Heard Sri. M.S. Aswatha Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28759 WP NO.2414 OF 2026 learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, I am of the considered opinion that the petitioner is having an efficacious remedy for redressal of his grievance before the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal. Therefore, petitioner is relegated to approach the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal for redressal of his grievance. With this observation, writ petition stands disposed of. SD/- (E.S.
