Sharma, Advocate, for the applicants/respondents. CMPs No. 13070 & 13073/2026 The present applications under Order 32, Rule 12, read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, have been filed by applicants/respondents No. 2 & 3, for discharging their natural guardian, as they have attained the age of majority. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the applications, which are duly supported by the affidavits of both the applicants and also taking into consideration the fact that the applicants have now attained the age of majority, as is evident from their Matriculation Certificates, appended with the applications as Annexure A-1, wherein date of birth of applicant/respondent No. 2, Asha, has been mentioned as 20.11.1997 and date of birth of applicant/respondent No. 3, Mumtaz has been mentioned as 07.12.1999, the present applications are allowed and natural guardianship of applicants/respondents No. 2 & 3, is ordered to be discharged and they are permitted to pursue the case in their own capacity. The applications stand disposed of. CMPs No. 13072 & 13074/2026 The present applications, under Section 151 CPC, have been filed by applicants/respondents No. 2 & 3, for release of the award amount, alongwith up-to-date interest, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. The applications are duly supported by the affidavits of both the applicants. None has appeared on behalf of the non- applicant/appellant despite service. Therefore, it is presumed that it has nothing to state in the matter. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the applications, which are duly supported by the affidavits of both the applicants, coupled with the fact that according to learned counsel for the applicant, till date, no appeal has been preferred against the judgment passed by this Court and the same has attained finality, the same are allowed and the award amount, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, alongwith up-to- date interest, is ordered to be released in favour of applicants/respondents No. 2 & 3, as per their respective shares, after proper verification and identification, by remitting the same to their bank accounts, details whereof have been mentioned in the applications.
