Learned advocate representing petitioner submits that prayer is made in this writ petition for directing concerned police authorities to register FIR based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. 5. In same breath it is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is an alternative remedy available under Section 175(3) of BNSS, 2023 by approaching jurisdictional Magistrate in the event complaint of the petitioner is not transformed into an FIR. In view of such submission made on behalf of the petitioner writ petition stands disposed of thereby 2 granting liberty to the petitioner to approach jurisdictional Magistrate in accordance with law in pursuit of remedy. 6.
