02/29.07.2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No. 213 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 27 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and that too for the incidence for which an FIR was already registered being Kunda P.S. Case No.212 of 2025 in which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.412 of 2026 and thereafter, the present FIR has been lodged. On these grounds he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of shouting to beat.
5. On query made by the court, learned counsel appearing for State fairly submits that for the same allegation which was the subject matter of Kunda P.S. Case No.212 of 2025, the present case has been lodged.
6. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the parties and further for the same allegation, case was already filed in which the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail and thereafter, the
2026:JHHC:22394 present case has been lodged, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and in the event of her arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar, in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No. 213 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
