The learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2- BBMP / GBA, upon instruction, submits that the alleged encroachment (Tulasi Katte) made by respondent Nos.3 and 4 has been removed subsequent to filing of the writ petition. He further undertakes that if any further encroachment is made by respondent Nos.3 and 4 or any other person, action will be taken to remove the same. 3. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, the Writ - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17540 WP No. 31725 of 2025 Petition is hereby disposed of, with a direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4, not to encroach upon any public road and respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall not allow any illegal encroachment on the public road.
