GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following 3 Dr.YLR,J W.P.No.14727 of 2026 ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner seeking the following relief: “…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the highhanded action of the respondents particularity the 5th Respondent in threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.4.65 cents in Sy.No.434 of Velampadu Viiiage, Srikalahasti Mandal, Tirupati District, without any notice or order or foilowing due process of law, as iliegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Art 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents particularly the 5th Respondent, not to interfere in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.4.65 cents in Sy.No.434 of Velampadu Village, Srikalahasti Mandal, Tirupati District and pass..…” 2. Heard Sri P. Sravan Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted DKT Patta in the year, 1998. Later, he was also granted pattadar passbooks and mutations were also carried in the name of the petitioner. It is submitted that the 5th respondent without following due process of law trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that he has no instructions in this matter. However, liberty may be given to the respondents to follow due process of law. 4 Dr.YLR,J W.P.No.14727 of 2026 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following the due process of law.
