The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 3rd and 4th respondents are none other than the blood kins of the petitioner and the petitioner is running the family shop which was established by the father of the petitioner, 3rd and 4th respondents. Hence, the police cannot meddle in a family dispute unless specific criminal acts are reported. 4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedies before the appropriate civil court.
