The petitioner has assailed an order dated 07.03.2025, passed in contempt proceeding being CCP 82 of 2023 arising out of O.A. 1727 of 2009. The order dated 07.03.2025, passed by the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal (‘Tribunal’ for short) is put to challenge in the present proceeding. 3. It appears from perusal of the order that the Tribunal did not find a case of contempt made out, since the order dated 09.10.2012, passed in O.A. did not contain any specific direction as regards payment of interest by any specified authority. In view of the ambiguity in the order dated 09.10.2012, the Tribunal did not consider it appropriate to proceed for contempt. While doing so, the Tribunal gave liberty to the applicant to file a miscellaneous application for appropriate 2 modification of the order dated 09.10.2012 passed in the O.A. 4. The learned advocate for the writ petitioner has not been able to make out any case for interfering with the order dated 07.03.2025 passed by the Tribunal in CCP 82 of 2023 [OA 1727 of 2009]. 5.
