The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) : “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly pass appropriate writ, direction or order to the respondents no.2 to decide the representation dated 08.10.2020 (Annexure P-1) applications dated 21.07.2020 (Annexure P-3) made by the petitioner for adjustment of balance tax amount in the subsequent month's 2 tax, in the stipulated period of 30 days. 10.2 Any appropriate writ, direction or order may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.” 2.
