By way of the present joint application, the applicants/parties seek disposal of the present appeal on the ground that they have arrived at an amicable settlement before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, on 24.07.2026. A copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 24.07.2026, filed along with the application, is taken on record. All the parties are present in Court and have been identified by their respective counsels. 2. As per the terms of the Settlement Agreement, the parties have agreed to sell the suit property and distribute the sale proceeds equally, with each party receiving a 1/4th share, to the exclusion of the mother (appellant No. 1), who is also present in Court and consents to the same.
