“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and direct the learned trial court to simultaneously try the case and counter case of Crime no. 309/2022 and crime no. 310/2022 registered at P.S. Kumhari, Distt. Durg, in the interest of justice.”
3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 21.06.2023. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court.
