By this petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, the petitioner namely, Sri Punamjyoti Buragohain has prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with PRC Page No.# 2/2 Case No. 442/2024 (arising out of North Lakhimpur P.S. Case No. 446 of 2021, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1029/2021) under Sections 447/384/325 of the IPC, which after investigation, charge sheet was submitted, pending for appearance in the Court of the learned SDJM Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur. Copies of charge sheet No. 236/2022 dated 31.03.2022 under Section under Sections 447/ 384/325/307 of the IPC has been annexed. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the next date is fixed on 11.02.2026 and the petitioner is willing to participate in the trial and shall appear before the learned Trial Court regularly. 4. The scanned copy of the case records have been received. 5. Considering the fact that the case is poised for commencement of trial, I deem it proper to allow this application. Accordingly, the interim bail order dated 09.01.2026 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions – that the petitioner shall be available for trial, if one commences; the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 6. The petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court on the next date fixed and the petitioner shall submit a bail bonds [Rs.30,000/- with surety of like amount] in terms of this order and the learned Trial Court shall pass necessary orders regarding the same. 7.
