Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 07.09.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Lalpani Shimla-1 and copy of office order dated 06.08.2026, issued by the Deputy Director Elementary Education, Hamirpur, Distt. Hamirpur, H.P., which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 06.08.2026 reveals that the petitioners have been allowed higher pay scale of Rs.40,100/- after two years of regular 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 services, subject to final outcome of LPA being filed by State in this Court. Due and admissible arrears shall be released in favour of the petitioners. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 05.05.2025, passed in CWP No.7293 of 2025, titled, Rakesh Singh and Anr. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in the aforementioned judgment, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
