GP FOR IRRI AND CAD RC,J W.P.No.179036 of 2024 3 ORDER The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities are not taking steps for removal of encroachments made on TBP LLC canal situated in Survey No.660/3 and 549/2 of Burandoddi Village, C.Belagal Mandal, Kurnool District. 2. Heard Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Ms.Sayamma Oruganti, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. Ms.Sayamma Oruganti, learned Assistant Government Pleader, submitted that the authorities would remove the encroachments, if any, found on the TBP LLC canal in accordance with law. 4. In the above view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the concerned authority to take steps for removal of encroachments, if any, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, not later than three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If no encroachments are found, the same shall be informed to the petitioner in writing. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
