This Court, vide order dated 04.07.2025 passed in MCRC No. 3045/2025, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Anurag Alias Cheenu, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on occasion also, this Court had granted extension of time for conclusion of the trial vide order dated 10.02.2026 in CRMP No.432/2026. 4. The learned District and Additional Sessions Judge, Kharasiya, RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 District – Raigarh (C.G.) through the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 01.06.2026 has requested for grant of 02 month’s time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the present case is at the stage of prosecution evidence, but due to non appearance of the counsel and witnesses, the trial is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of 02 month’s time for concluding the trial. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of 02 months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 8.
