It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner has purchased the piece of land in New Plot No.1863 (Old Plot No.1495) under Khata No.361 (Old Khata No.118) in Mouza- Targa within the district of Dhanbad measuring an area of 30 decimals from father of respondent Nos. 6 to 9, but till date the name of the petitioner is not reflected in the On-line Portal, however, it is still recorded in the Register-II. 3. Petitioner submits that he has filed a representation and the same has been forwarded to Additional Collector, Dhanbad, but till date no steps have been taken by him to correct the On-line digital records. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner should approach the Additional Collector, Dhanbad and if any correction is necessary, the Additional Collector after going through the records will ensure such correction. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to approach the respondent No.3- Additional Collector, Dhanbad within four weeks, who will consider the case of the petitioner and will pass an appropriate order as per law within eight weeks thereafter and communicate the same to the petitioner. 6.
