Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing the matter, submits that petitioners have no objection in conducting survey work, provided that respondents do not interfere with the possession of the petitioners or forcibly evict the petitioners in the process. 3. Learned AGA submits that the impugned communication at Annexure-A is only for seeking police help for the purpose of carrying out survey work and that no eviction proceedings have been initiated. It is further submitted that any action, if found required otherwise, would be dealt in accordance with law. 4. Submission is placed on record. In view of above submission, the petition stands disposed of. The respondents Authorities are at liberty to conduct a survey work with police help. However, during the process, they shall not, in any manner, interfere or - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29182 WP No. 15982 of 2022 evict petitioners from the possession except to the extent of conducting the survey work.
