Learned counsel for the respondents/State raised objection that the suspension order which is impugned herein has been passed by exercising power under Rule 9 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966, and there is a provision of appeal under Rule 23 of the Rule, 1966. Hence, the present petition field by the petitioner is not maintainable. 3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal before the appropriate authority, as may be available to him under the law. 4.
