Sinha, A.P.P. ----- Oral Order 03 / Dated : 10.02.2026 Heard learned counsel for the parties. The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Hazaribagh Muffasil P.S. Case No. 155 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 310(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of C.J.M., Hazaribagh. The matter involves the house dacoity and the case was lodged against unknown. The name of the petitioner has come up on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that save and except the confessional statement, there is no other material against the petitioner. Even in the confessional statement, the petitioner has not been stated to be involved in the said offence. As the petitioner was found in the jungle area and, therefore, he has been picked up and roped in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
