Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has deposited 20% of the cheque amount before the Sessions Court. 3. The challenge in this Revision Application is rejection of delay condonation application by learned Sessions Judge. As the applicant has deposited 20% of the cheque amount, I pass following order : ORDER (i) The Revision Application is allowed.
