Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No. 361 of 2019 corresponding to Dhamnagar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019 pending in the file of learned JMFC, Dhamnagar on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. Considering the above facts and submissions of learned counsels for both the sides, this Court is instead inclined to direct the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail pleading parity. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioner surrenders before the court concerned within a fortnight from today in connection with G.R. Case No. 361 of 2019 corresponding to Dhamnagar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019 and moves an application for regular bail, it shall be duly considered by learned JMFC, Dhamnagar during the first hour and in the event of rejection, he shall approach the learned Sessions Court for orders on the same day during second hours itself considering his demand for release by parity in case any other accused is on bail. 6.
