2. By filing the present petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following relief(s):
“That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash/set aside the order dated 22.08.2024 (Annexure P/1) kpassed by the learned Sessions Judge Janjgir-Champa (CG) in Criminal Revision No. 39/2024 and order may kindly be passed to release the petitioner as per provision of Section 437(6) of Criminal Procedure Code in the interest of justice.”
3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 07.04.2025. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for
consideration in this petition by this Court.
4. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
5. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
