This Court vide order dated 03.09.2024 has suspended the sentence with a direction to pay 50% of the fine amount inclusive of the fine amount, if any already deposited before the trial Court and also to execute a bond - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29610 CRL.RP No. 1041 of 2024 for Rs.1,00,000/- with one surety and the said order is not complied. 3. This Court vide order dated 28.10.2024 has given liberty to the respondent to execute the impugned order since the counsel for revision petitioners fails to comply the impugned order and not appeared before the Court and the matter is adjourned to 05.12.2024. Again on 05.12.2024, the counsel for revision petitioners failed to appear before this Court and subsequently, the matter is referred to Mediation Centre, Bengaluru. However, the matter is not settled as the parties never appeared before Mediation Centre. 4. Having taken note of the fact that the revision petitioner has not complied the conditional order and also not pursuing the matter diligently, the question of consideration of this revision does not arise as the counsel is not pursuing the matter.
