Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2026 in connection with Keredari P.S. case No.50 of 2026, registered under Sections 64 (1), 64 (2) (j), 308 (4) of BNS, now pending in the court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the F.I.R, the first alleged incident took place about 5 years ago, in the year 2020, and the victim did not lodge any case on the ground that the petitioner had certain obscene photographs/videos of the victim. He further submits that as per the counter affidavit, no such obscene photographs/videos have been seized. 4. The learned counsel for the State though has opposed the prayer for bail; however, the aforesaid submissions are not in dispute. 5. So far as the learned counsel for the appearing on behalf of the informant is concerned, he submits on instruction that the case was lodged under some confusion and that the informant has no objection if the petitioner is enlarged on bail. 6. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case that as per the F.I.R. itself, it is alleged that certain videos/photographs were prepared and on the pretext of such obscene photographs/videos, the petitioner established physical relationship with the victim, but no

video or photograph has been recovered, and the charge-sheet has already been submitted, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Rupees twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Keredari P.S. case No.50 of 2026, on the following conditions: (i) One of the bailors would be the present pairvikar of the petitioner. (ii) The other bailor should be his close relative. (iii) The petitioner will attend the court on each and every date and on account of even single default, the learned court shall cancel the bail bond furnished by the petitioner. (iv) The petitioner will deposit a self-attested copy of his Aadhar Card along with his mobile number before the learned court which he will not change during the pendency of the case without prior permission of the court. (v) The petitioner shall fully co-operate with the proceedings before the learned trial court. 7.
