In the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by causing service of notice upon the opposite parties. Thus, this application being CO 915 of 2020 stands disposed of with a request upon the Learned Judge 8th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta to dispose of the Title Suit No. 441 of 2017 within a period of four months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment.
