(Oral) Since the fair, wherein petitioner had intended to set up a temporary shop, has already ended on 16.6.2026, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and as such, the same is disposed of accordingly. However, as has been stated in the petition that similarly situate persons, who were granted permission to set up a temporary shop at Mela site have been further permitted to conduct the business till 30.9.2026, this Court reserves liberty to the petitioner to file a representation to the Gram Panchayat concerned within a period of two days, seeking therein permission to set up a temporary stall till 30.9.2026, 2 which shall be decided by the Gram Panchayat concerned within a period of two days in accordance with law by affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
