By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs: 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a Suitable Writ (s), Order (s), Direction (S), by quashing the impugned notice 28/06/2022 (Annexure P-1) in Case No.177/2021 and its entire proceeding of notice dated 28/06/2022 (Annexure P/1) in Case No.177/2021, issued by the office of the Chhattisgarh State Scheduled Tribe Commission, Raipur (respondent no. 3) and its consequences. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records from the court below for its kind perusal. 10.3 Any other relief, which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on earlier occasion(s), the petitioners appeared before the Chhattisgarh 3 Rajya Anusuchit Janjati Ayog (in short “the Ayog”) pursuant to a complaint filed against them. The petitioners duly recorded their statements before the Ayog. He submits that thereafter, the petitioners are being repeatedly and unnecessarily summoned by the Ayog, which is not in accordance with law. 3. Conversely, learned counsel for the Ayog submits that though the petitioners appeared on previous occasion(s) and their statements were recorded, but their subsequent attendance is required due to administrative and investigative necessity. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the documents annexed with the petition. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly considering the fact that the petitioners have already entered an appearance and recorded their statements before the Ayog, this Court is of the view that the subsequent notice challenged herein serves no useful purpose. Furthermore, the Ayog cannot repeatedly summon the petitioners and must proceed to pass a final recommendatory order. 6. Accordingly, the impugned notice dated 28.6.2022 is quashed. 7.
