THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER The learned counsel for the revision petitioner files an application i.e. I.A.No.1/2026 for extension of time. 2. The record discloses that this Court suspended the sentence on 24.02.2025 and even after lapse of one year four months, the present application is filed and not filed any application before the expiry of the period. This application is also filed belatedly and even not tendered any demand draft before this Court. Under the said circumstances, no ground is made out to extend the time. Accordingly, I.A.No.1/2026 is rejected. 3. Even earlier, the matter is also referred to Karnataka Mediation Centre, Bengaluru, on 21.07.2025 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29605 CRL.RP No. 921 of 2024 and the same is also not settled and subsequently, the matter is referred to Special Mediation Drive on 28.01.2026. However, the parties never appear before the mediation. Under the said circumstances, I do not find any ground to extend the time and also on perusal of the records, there is a concurrent finding by both the Courts. The trial Court has directed to pay an amount of Rs.2,20,000/- with default sentence of six months and the same is confirmed in the appellate Court in Crl.A.No.255/2023 and this revision is against the concurrent finding. 4. Further, the only issue to be considered before this Court is whether the orders suffer from its legality and correctness? When the petitioner is not pursuing the matter, not assisting the Court and not complied with the conditional order passed by this Court, question of consideration of revision does not arise. Moreover, the revision is not yet admitted. Hence, the revision petition stands dismissed in view of non-compliance of the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29605 CRL.RP No. 921 of 2024 conditional order dated 24.02.2025 and also not pursuing the matter diligently.
