By filing the present petition, the petitioners have prayed for following relief:- SISTA SOMAYAJULU Digitally signed by SISTA SOMAYAJULU Date: 2026.06.19 20:01:14 +0530 2 “The petitioners therefore most humbly and respectfully prays that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow instant petition and quash the proceeding of Section 12 read with Section 18, 19, 20, 22 & 26 of Domestic Violence Act, 2005 filed by the respondent against the petitioners, same was registered as M.J.C. (Criminal Case) No.103/2019 pending before Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Raipur (C.G.) and subsequent proceeding, in the interest of justice.” 3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 13-7-2024. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court. 4. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. 5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 6.
