Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. Matter is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and respondent nos.7 to 12. 3. From the submissions made on behalf of the parties, it appears that after filing of this writ petition on 18th May, 2026 a criminal prosecution was initiated by registering FIR being no. 0144 dated 24th May, 2026 by the concerned authority of Airport Police Station. 4. Considering the prayer couched in this writ petition, it appears that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed due to registering of FIR. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of. 6. However, investigating agency is directed to take steps in accordance with law by taking criminal prosecution to its logical conclusion. 7.
