Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this petition for quashing the Order No. 74-SHS of 2026 dated 10.07.2026 to the extent it rescinds Order No. 279 of 2026 dated 07.01.2026 relating to the petitioner and for commanding respondent No. 4 to permit the petitioner to continue at Health and Wellness Centre, Bela Jamani, Block Pallawala, District Jammu. 2. A specific query was posed to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether the petitioner has approached the respondent No. 4 for redressal of her grievance that the order impugned dated 10.07.2026 is in contravention of the Human Resource Guidelines framed by the National Health Mission (NHM) for posting and transfer of employees. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that the petitioner did not move any representation Sr. No. 169 2 WP(C) No. 2239/2026 before the respondent No. 4. He further submits that let the present petition be treated as a representation and the respondent No. 4 be directed to consider the same in accordance with law/rules governing the field. 4. Issue notice to the respondents. 5. Ms. Saliqa Sheikh, Advocate waives notice on behalf of the respondents. 6. Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG submits that he has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, along with the connected application, by directing the respondent No. 4 to treat the instant writ petition preferred by the petitioner as a representation and decide the same within a period of three weeks from today in accordance with law/rules governing the field. 8. The petitioner shall serve a certified copy of this order along with the a copy of the writ petition upon the respondent No. 4 and till the representation is decided by respondent No. 4 within the aforesaid period of three weeks, status of the petitioner, as it exists today, shall not be disturbed. 9.
