Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners in connection with Nischintakoili P.S. Case No.203 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.336 of 2026 pending in the file of the learned J.M.F.C, Nischintakoili on the grounds stated therein. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexures-1. In view of the order in ABLAPL No. 6370 of 2026 dated 17th June, 2026 in respect of a co-accused, this Court recording the objection of the State is inclined to extend parity directing the petitioners to surrender before the court below for being released on bail on similar terms and conditions instead of entertaining their bail plea. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. The ABLAPL is disposed of with a direction for release of the petitioners on similar terms and conditions as in the earlier ABLAPL disposed of on 17th June, 2026. 6.
