Yes. 2 has submitted that actual monetary benefits have not been paid to the petitioner till date. 4 In view of re-fixation done by the respondents, the instant petition is closed, however with direction to the respondents to release the entire monetary benefits, as calculated by them, vide office order, dated 17.12.2025, in favour of the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from today positively and report compliance to this Court on 03.12.2026.
