Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 01.09.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001 and copy of office order dated 27.08.2026, issued by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Solan, Distt. Solan, H.P., which are taken on record.
2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 27.08.2026, reveals that the petitioners have been allowed higher pay stage of Rs.40,100/- after two years of regular 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 services, subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. The DDOs concerned have been directed to fix the pay of the petitioners and release the arrears.

Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 05.05.2025, passed in CWP No.7283 of 2025, titled, Vishal Vikram and Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in the aforementioned judgment, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition.
4. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 08 th September
