After going through the record, I find that the petitioner is challenging the order of dismissal. 3. As per the counsel for respondents, the order is appealable before the General Manager. 4. Since there is a provision for alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority within six weeks from today to file an appeal. Once the appeal is filed, the Appellate Authority will consider the case of the petitioner on merits and pass an appropriate order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 09th March, 2026.
