Heard both sides.
2. Smt.K.Swarna Seshu, learned counsel for the respondent/contemnor filed an application in I.A.No.1 of 2026 prays to dispense with the personal appearance of the respondent before this Court. She also submits that she has filed vakalat for the respondent, but her name is not printed in the cause list, so that, she could not appear before the Court. Furthermore, the order is already complied.
3. Having regard to the above submissions, the application in I.A.No.1 of 2026 is ordered, consequently, the personal appearance of the respondent/contemnor is dispense with.
4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case in C.C.No.1026 of 2026 is closed.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
