2 2 By filing the present petition, the petitioners have prayed for following relief(s) :-
“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court in exercise of its inhefent powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and consequently quash the entire criminal proceedings against the petitioners initiated at the instance of respondent /complainant on her complaint for the offence punishable under Section 12 read with section 20, 22 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, pending before the Court of learned judicial Magistrate First Class Raipur, in the form of criminal case no. 296/2019, in the interest of justice.” 3 As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 13.08.2025. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court. 4 Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. 5 Interim order, if any stands vacated. 6 Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information.
