To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to allow 50% wages to the petitioner in the pay scale of Rs.2720-4775 w.e.f 15.09.2003 to 13.09.2009 a day before he was allowed to join duty) and full wages from 14.09.2009 onwards and to issue modified Office Order accordingly with interest @ 12% per annum on the differential arrears till payment thereof..” 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? - 2 - 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that case of the petitioner is covered in terms of judgment rendered in Deep Ram Vs. HPSEBL & anr2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be content if the case of the petitioner is considered by the respondents in light of the aforesaid judgment. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this prayer. 3. Having regard to above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The decision so arrived at, shall be communicated to the petitioner. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
