Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 24.07.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Lalpani Shimla-1 and copy of office order dated 24.07.2026, issued by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Mandi, Distt. Mandi, H.P., which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 24.07.2026, reveals that the petitioners have been allowed higher pay scale after two years of regular services, subject 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. The DDOs concerned have been directed to fix the pay of the petitioners and release the arrears. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 06.05.2025, passed in CWP No.7291 of 2025, titled, Balbir Rana and Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in the aforementioned judgment, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
