Protection of Depositors Act No. 01/2020 in (State of C.G Vs Shambunath Pathak & Ors.), from the Court of learned Special Judge (C.G Protection of Depositors Interest Act) Baikunthpur, Distt.-Koriya, (ii) Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant revision and set aside/quash the impugned order dated 29.02.2020 whereby the charges have been framed against the applicants for the offence punishable under section-420, 34 of IPC, 4, 5 of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, & 10 of Protection of Depositors Interest Act, 2005 and discharge the Applicants from the aforesaid charge. (iii) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present criminal revision has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this criminal revision by this Court. 4.
