Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner was on the way to the court, he has met with an accident and due to that, he was not able to surrender before the court within the stipulated time. Buttress to such argument, he refers to the medical prescription as contained in Annexure-2 of the petition. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the privilege for anticipatory bail has already been provided to the petitioner, in spite of that, the petitioner has not surrendered before the learned court. 4. Annexure-2 is such a document, which suggests that the petitioner has met with an accident. 5. In that view of the matter, two weeks further time is extended from today to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court. 6. Accordingly, the order dated 18/9/2025 passed in ABA No. 5474 of 2025 is modified to the above extent. Rest of the order is kept intact. 7. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
