Petitioner's case is that on completion of normal tenure at present place of posting, i.e. Tehsil Office, Joginder Nagar, District Mandi, representation was preferred by her on 12.08.2026 seeking transfer, inter 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - alia, on the ground of her impending retirement on 31.07.2027, also citing therein her domestic compulsions. Petitioner's grievance is that aforesaid representation has not yet been considered and decided. 3. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the representation Annexure P-3 of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per transfer policy, keeping in view the factual position highlighted by the petitioner therein, within a period of three weeks from today.
