Case No. 1622 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) and 3(5) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of killing the deceased. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2025. 5. From the perusal of the records of the case including the impugned order, it appears that petitioner has actively participated in the killing of the deceased. 6. In view of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
