No.30978/2021, wherein the trial Court ordered that accused shall pay fine of ₹18,00,000/- and in default, he shall undergo simple imprisonment for a period of six months and the same is challenged before the appellate Court and appellate Court also having reassessed the material, confirmed the same. The said order is challenged in this revision petition. 2. This Court by order dated 11.02.2026, suspended the sentence subject to payment of 50% of fine amount inclusive of the amount already paid within a period of six weeks and when the matter is listed before this Court on 08.06.2026, the revision petitioner was absent Again this Court directed the counsel for the revision petitioner to verify and submit 'whether the conditional order dated 11.02.2026 is complied or not?' and - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29216 CRL.RP No. 95 of 2026 also to verify that if the counsel fails to comply the same on the next date of hearing, the revision petition will be dismissed. 3. In spite of it learned counsel for the revision petitioner is not appeared before the Court and also not made any submission regarding compliance and the petitioner's counsel is also not pursuing the matter and with regard to compliance also there is no submission. 4. This revision is also against the concurrent findings and revision petition is not admitted and hence, when such being the case, question of consideration of revision petition does not arise.
