“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and kindly quash the complaint filed against the petitioner under Section 138 of N.I.Act and further be pleased to quash the further proceeding pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class-Bilaspur (C.G.) in NIA No. 864/2018 against the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”
