This is the second bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant arrested in connection with Crime No. 129/2025 registered at Police Station – Civil Line, Raipur, District – Raipur (C.G.) for the 2 offence punishable under Sections 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 111 and 3(5) of the BNS. 2. The first bail application preferred by the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.08.2025 passed in MCRC No. 6090 of 2025. Thereafter, the applicant preferred SLP (Crl.) No. 17880 of 2025 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court challenging the aforesaid order, which also came to be dismissed. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application on the ground that the trial is at the verge of completion and only the statement of the applicant/accused remains to be recorded under Section 351 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5.
