(ii) pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit in the
facts and circumstances of the case, in the interests of justice and equity."
2. When the matter came up before the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 14.02.2025, an interim order was granted. The Court directed the respondent/Bank not to precipitate the matter any further for a period of four weeks to enable the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.9,90,000/- with the respondent/Bank within the said period. On the other hand, if 50% of the said amount is deposited, the respondent/Bank is directed to re-deliver the possession to the petitioner.
3.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Bank submits that the interim order of this Court has not been complied with by the petitioner.
4. The matter came up on 04.04.2025 before the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, on that date, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Again, on 13.03.2026, when the matter was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter

was directed to be listed under the caption for ‘dismissal’ on
17.03.2026. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
5. It is apparent that, the petitioner having filed the writ petition and obtained an interim order from this Court, has failed to comply with the same and he has also remained unrepresented before this Court. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.
