Vide order dated 13.05.2026, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has stated that petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. 5. In view of the above, interim order dated 13.05.2026 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
